Blend Wheel System – BWS

BWS is a circular steel crown of the same diameter of the filter with a reed in the centre that perfectly divides the filter and is designed to be best used with the competition IMS filters. It is very easy to use, just insert it into the filter holder, grind 2 different coffees inside the two sections, press them and dispense them to obtain a post mixing in the cup.

With BWS you can get two cups with different coffees by simply rotating it in a parallel position to the filter holder handle or have fun creating your perfect blend according the degrees of rotation.

Expert advice:

Insert BWS into the filter and rotate with the blade perpendicular to the handle of the filter holder, grind the first coffee in the outside, turn 180 ° by moving the coffee to the barista and grind the second coffee in the half of the filter left empty.

After having levelled the coffee, remove BWS from the filter and proceed with pressing. Water will percolate through the two coffees individually and the mixing will take place at the end of the filter keeping intact the characteristics of the individual coffees.
